Beer description
A rich and malty character is one that certainly benefits from the slight oaky and tannic character extracted from the Foeder. This beer spent a full month lagering cold in the foeder, for a total production time of 6 weeks, and the result is a crisp yet rich lager that we’re proud to present. Fire in the glass has notes of toasted bread, a touch of malt sweetness, and your grandfather’s hard toffee candy.
