Wild Mind - Spontané: Tropica

This 100 percent spontaneously fermented wild ale was inoculated overnight in our custom-made coolship and then fermented on papaya, guava, pineapple, and passionfruit. Blended from six red wine barrels, the end result is a truly wild ale bursting with funk and tropical fruit flavor.
