Wild Mind - Utopian Pity Party

Smoothie-style Sour Ale brewed with a huge portion of wheat in the grist, and fruited heavily with Blueberry, Cherry, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar. We took our base sour ale recipe, added a thin ribbon of lactose to play off the fruit additions of blueberry and cherry. Then to add to the decadence, we added a thoughtful amount of vanilla. This beer is lush, rich and undeniably fun.
