Beer description
A combination of Branch and Bone and our saison yeasts. Open fermented and mellowed for over a month. More subdued wild yeast than our regular house saisions. Also more malt forward. Light apricot or peach notes but very in the mix and balanced. Medium bodied with almost a disappearing finish with a touch of lingering dryness or minerality. Very quaffable.
