La Sirène Brewing - Wild Saison

The Wild Saison is one of the original Brett Saisons in bottle in Australia and is a Farmhouse Ale that has been fermented using our local strain of Brettanomyces wild yeast (found at our brewery) to give a more rustic & notable Farmhouse character. In our House Style, the Wild Saison is open fermented, barrel-aged and dry-hopped to deliver the ultimate in farmhouse experience with an abundance of texture, citrus and freshness. 100% bottle conditioned, this Farmhouse Ale exhibits strong citrusy characters coupled with a dry and spicy finish. Time to get a little wild!
