Beer description
Foraging through hedgerows yield few wild raspberries, so local fruit growers allowing us to forage on their land has been a godsend!
This beer starts off as a light wheat beer and is then put onto raspberries for secondary fermentation, sucking out every last bit of flavour from the raspberries. This leaves a raspberry rich, slightly sour ale, bursting with bubbles and tantalising the taste buds.
