Beer description

The master brew is a real bottom-fermented special beer. Golden yellow in color, with fine-pored foam and a pleasant liveliness. The hop notes of the Hallertauer Perle and the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh are subtle and not too strong. Our master brew is slightly malty and spicy in taste as a bottom-fermented beer, and not only on special occasions.

Goldgelb, Schaum feinporig und recht stabil, süßliche Aromen. Antrunk spritzig und frisch, insgesamt gut ausgewogen, süß / malzig mit feiner Bittere. Etwas Besonderes.
