Beer description
Brewed with 40% single variety ‘Rosella’ wheat, a soft wheat with a honey like flavourwhen baked. 15 months maturation in ex-wine oak. Earthy and grainy upfront, spiced pineapple, apricot, pear and citrus combine with a strong spiced biscuit savouriness and mild acidity.
