Funky Lager is bottled Lager beer that has been allowed to develop characters of our house culture by being kept in our warm room for 4 months. When freshly bottled, this beer tastes much like the draft version, however, as our bottling line and overall environment is overridden with our house yeast... over time it becomes a bit... funky.
