Beer description
A golden barrel aged ale wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW refermented with plumcots from Yarralee Orchard in Bathurst, NSW.
So glad to have this one back. The 2022 fruit did not set at Yarralee so we were unable to make the beer last year. Back in luck in '23 though.
