Beer description
As in the past two years, the fruit for this beer comes from Yarralee orchard just outside Bathurst, NSW. Bina this year gave us Diamond Bright nectarines. This varietal, compared to the Rose Diamond of last year, had a brighter skin and a little firmer composition. The flavour of the fruit though was balanced between the acid and sweetness, which I enjoyed in the eating. This had lended to a more austere fruit character in this beer rather than the slapstick sweetness of the 2019 cuvee
