Beer description
A golden barrel aged ale wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW refermented with Diamond Bright nectarines from Yarralee Orchard in Bathurst, NSW.
I really think that this beer sets the tone for the fruit character we get from our stonefruit each year. That is to say, if Millions is steely and stoic, we will see less ripe, colder climate, more primary flavours from the peaches and plums too... if its juicy and ripe, the year has been warmer, the fruit has converted more sugar and we're gonna get more candied, intense fruit characters.
