Beer description
A golden beer made with regenerative organic grains fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW and aged in barrel. Following extended maturation in oak, we selected specific barrels to marry with freshly harvested, tree ripened white peaches from @thornbrookorchard in Nashdale NSW. The two macerated and refermented for 4.5 months before bottling and conditioning until release now.
Named for Chris and Em’s youngest and now three year old daughter ❤️
Tasting notes:
bright white peach character… sweet peachy flesh, creamy elements and a touch of funk on the nose… vibrant palate with citrus and pineapple notes backing up the peach fuzz… liken to a young ripe chardy. ?
