Beer description
Year old ‘Tah is just that, Waratah 2017 left in barrel for one year to gain all the rich goodness it can. Super savoury nose with distinct toasty oak aromatics and soft brown spices. Intensely fine bead and long palate that give a strong champagne character to the beer. Flavours of brown sugar, toasted spice and oak. Just a single barrel bottling, we will have 100 bottles available at cellar door and online each.
