Winkler Bräu - Kupfer Bock - Single-Malt

Kupfer Bock – matured in single malt barrels. Dark brown with a fine layer of beige foam. The malt variant has a pleasant aroma reminiscent of a piece of sponge cake dipped in coffee. Above that is an impression reminiscent of marzipan – and dark cherries. The first sip is creamy and smooth. It is supported by a light bitter note, distinctive roasted aromas, and a hint of wood and tobacco. The beer has an exemplary character, dry and clear; straightforward and uncomplicated. A slight smoky aroma comes through in the finish.
