Bright, fine-pored foam, pale gold with a fine yeast haze, clear aroma of malted barley and meadow herbs, on the palate delicately bitter with a pleasant fullness, as we know it from Bohemian beers, fruity with notes of peach and light fruits, with a finish of lychee and a subtle bitterness. Very easy to drink.
Food pairing: As an aperitif, with boiled beef and vegetables, vegetable stew, light Asian dishes, classic Wiener Schnitzel, as a summer beer.
