Beer description
This Field Saison makes full use of the finest ingredients we can get our hands on, layering the flavours for a complex yet subtle beer. First, we blend heritage pale malts and rye, to create an effervescent, crisp, and delightfully fresh drinking experience.
Then, we add Hersbruker hops - a traditional German varietal, blending with one of our new favourites, the Slovenian hop Styran Dragon. Next, a sprinkle of black peppercorns adds a subtle layer of aromatic spice. The finished beer is crisp and rustic, with hints of orchard fruit and tart citrus.
