Beer description
This farmhouse style ale was fermented using 100% Brettanomyces then aged in chardonnay barrels for 9 months. A rustic flavor profile and a slight tartness work in perfect concert with the vivid flavors and aromas provided by blackberries and Nelson Sauvin hops.
