Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Botanist & Barrel, we took a couple of their used wild cider barrels and filled them with a Saison, freshly picked blueberries, and our house Brett blend. Nearly three years later, we added hibiscus and lemon peel to the mix. The result is a fruity and slightly tart beer with notes of hibiscus, cherry, lemon, and a soft yet funky finish.
