Beer description
We took a hand-picked blend of barrel-aged mixed culture sours and added Szechuan peppercorns and a special white & green tea blend from our friend Susan at Tea-Lation in Winston-Salem. The resulting beer is bright and complex, with notes of lemon, hibiscus, and tea.
