We took 3 barrels of our award-winning Brett Saison w/ Apricot, Rebel Funk, and blended it with a couple hand-selected barrels of golden sour, resulting in a delightfully complex mixed-culture sour. It's equal parts funky and sour, with notes of apricot and oak.
