Wise Man Brewing - Many Hands

A product of collaboration with our friends at Bhramari, our bière de miel was aged in port barrels with each of our house cultures for more than a year. The result is a sour yet smooth, wild yet tame amalgamation of flavors- apricot, peach, pear at first, followed by fig and prune on a mild mid-palate, finishing with the tantalizing interplay of floral honey and oak.
