A classic saison recipe amplified by the wonders of brettanomyces, spending nine months in chardonnay barrels, then aged on apricots. The aroma radiates the delicious stone fruit, while on the palate rest numerous spices, white grape, and citrus building to a toasty finish provided by the oak.
