After letting various wild yeasts run free in barrels for years, this mixed-culture golden sour was rounded out with additions of cranberry and apricot. Both fruit are present on the palate but remain subtle, letting the complexities from the thorough fermentation shine. The resulting beer is tart, slightly funky, and very dry, beckoning your next sip.
