Beer description
Spontaneously fermented witbier. Turbid mashed with pilsner malt, raw & flaked wheat. Aged-hopped. Cooled and spontaneously inoculated by ambient late November air in the coolship. Local trifoliate oranges steeped in wort, local chamomile flowers steeped in beer. Bottled: September 10, 2017
