Wittgenstein is our spontaneously fermented witbier. This second edition was brewed at the end of 2017 with NJ floor-malted pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats with local greenhouse-grown calamansi oranges added to the coolship, with 2018 harvest local chamomile flowers steeped in the barrels.
