Sometimes a shot misses the target. Or as we say up north: "Off to the weeds!" Originally, this beer was supposed to be a wheat bock with delicate banana and clove aromas. For this, we combined a Bavarian and a Belgian yeast and used a special mashing process. Early in fermentation, a slightly sour note appeared in the beer. Not unpleasant, but also not what we had originally planned. We made the best of it and added a generous amount of Sabro hops to round out the beer. It fits really well. Sometimes a mistake can end beautifully.
