Wittorfer - Hackengas 7

The hackengas single hop lager is our test laboratory for learning more about the many different hop varieties. We use a different variety for each brew, both in the brew house and in the fermentation tank for hopping. Otherwise, the recipe is always the same. A neutral lager hop lets the hop aromas come through particularly well. For this brew, we used the experimental breeding strain 13/60 from hallertau. We think the experiment was a success!
