Welcome to the Woidlerei! The Woidlerei is a tribute to the brewing tradition of the Bavarian Forest. Once, the brewmasters from the Woid would regularly meet to share their beers. This exchange of beer specialties, known as Woidlerei, was a celebration of their shared craftsmanship. Today, the "Woidlerei" is a joint project of breweries from the Bavarian Forest. In addition to Bucher, other breweries also offer beer specialties under this brand.
