Woidlerei - Ettl Free Ale

Welcome to the Woidlerei! This beer is a true community project: Brewers from the Bavarian Forest have come together and brewed a non-alcoholic beer together at the ETTL private brewery. The goal was not only to create a special beer, but also to establish it together in regional gastronomy. Because together we are stronger than alone – and especially in the field of non-alcoholic beers, new opportunities for cooperation open up, apart from the classic competition in standard beers. The idea behind it has tradition: The Woidlerei is a tribute to the brewing art of the Bavarian Forest. In the past, brewers from the Woid regularly came together to share their beers and exchange ideas. These gatherings – the "Woidlerei" – stood for community, diversity, and true craftsmanship. Today, this idea lives on: The "Woidlerei" brings together breweries from the region, connecting their passion for brewing and creating special beer specialties together.
