Straw-colored beer, very slightly opalescent, almost clear. White, fine-bubble foam, not very durable, quickly reduces to a layer of about a centimeter, leaves residual traces on the glass. The aroma is mainly clove, slight banana, a bit herbal, fresh with time, becomes more intense. The taste, as well as the aroma, is dominated by a note of clove, with a background of ripe fruit, a bit of yeast and grain. Quite acidic, dry with low saturation. Nothing fancy for Hefe-Weizen on average.
