Wooden Bear Roggenbaren

This beer won us first Indiana Brewer’s Cup medal, where won silver in the German wheat and rye category. It is a dünkelweiss brewed with rye malt in place of wheat. Spicy malt sweetness balanced with a light noble hop character and fermented with a Hefeweizen yeast strain.
