Beer description
Jarrahdale Pumpkin Saison Collaboration beer with our friends at Infinite Ale Works and Green Bench Brewing Co. This three-brewery collaboration is a celebration of the seasonal brewing tradition of Belgian-inspired Saison. Brewed in the fall with fresh, North Carolina-grown pumpkins and aged throughout the winter, each brewery created their own version of the same recipe to highlight their unique process.
Our version is brewed in Charlotte, NC with local, NC malts and NC-grown jarrahdale blue pumpkins. Open fermented with mixed culture, and bottle-conditioned in 500 mL bottles.
