Three Taverns Craft Brewery - Wooden Vat: Doyenne

Conceived and brewed by the ladies of Three Taverns in collaboration with and for the 2019 Dames & Dregs fest, Doyenne (French for prominent or respected woman) is a rustic saison open fermented in our wooden vat with a late addition of hibiscus and ginger. Crisp and refreshing with a lingering dry finish.
