Beer description
You might as well start rating now because you gonna love this one.
Without getting too technical but a malt bill this complex, with high percentages of protein rich malts and adjucts, can be a lautering nightmare. And it was. But was it worth it? Yes! Thick (okay, ”thicc” then) and hazy juice, dripping with ripe tropical fruit-like hoppy goodness. So please - let our toil, sweat and tears be your pleasure. You’re welcome.
Heavily dry hopped, approximately 20g/l, with the finest Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops we could find and fermented with our house strain London Fog.
Epicness squared.
Malts:
Extra Pale Ale, Low Colour Golden Promise, Wheat malt, Golden Naked Oats, Spelt malt & Jumbo Oats (and some maltodextrin)
Hops:
Mosaic Incognito, Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka
Yeast:
WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast
Hops
Mosaic Incognito, Nelson Sauvin bitter hop, Riwaka
