Sour mead made with clover honey and cranberry juice. This mead has a nose and taste similar to that of a Flanders red ale. Big flavors of dark fruit (think cranberry, plum, and prune) provide a great base for the sour tartness that follows, leaving this incredibly unique and drinkable.
