Beer description
Our newest small batch IPA, brewed for our feline co-worker, Gravy. We start with a grain bill of pils malt, malted oats, blue beard durum, and malted red wheat. Whirlpool hopped with some intense Idaho 7 hops before knocking out onto our favorite English ale yeast and fermenting to dryness. We then dry hop at our standard IPA rate utilizing that same intense Idaho 7, with just a bit of super tropical NZ grown Motueka. Very tropical with a medium mouthfeel. Notes of papaya, cantaloupe, pineapple, mango.
