Pivovar Proud - X ~ 001

We brewed this beer primarily for the purpose of long aging in a white wine barrel, where most of the batch has been sitting. But we thought it would be nice to taste it this pure as well. The taste is light and medium bitter with a warm finish. The alcohol content is more akin to wine, so enjoy with caution.
