Beer description
This beer is a pale gold coloured, high-fermentation beer with an alcohol content of 8 per cent. The beer has its origins in the Recolette monastery, which used to be located on the waterfront of the Vestdijkstraat in Hulst. Later, the first establishment of Bierbrouwerij Vermeersen was built on this site. The beer is characterised by the combination of a full spicy flavour with an aftertaste that reveals a slightly cloying bitterness.
