Beer description
We got a rare chance to make a brew with our good friends from the West Coast, at Cannery Brewing. So we jumped right in, with a hop-forward super saison bottle conditioned with Brett. This ale is fermented on the ‘Escarpment Spooky Saison’ yeast strain for a truly complex yet incredibly approachable beer. With hints of orange peel and a subtle saison flavour, this brew is the perfect sipper to enjoy on a cool, fall evening.
