Yakka - Quimera

From the Latin chimaera, and from the Greek chimaira. That which is proposed to the imagination as possible or true, when it is not. Golden, clean, intense and elegantly bitter thanks to its strong hopping. The extra hops used at different stages of the brewing process provide the grace and aromatic power that for a long time was a chimera, until this honourable sector made it a reality.
