Beer description
Yakuza is a Belgian-style craft beer (Saison) acidified by the mixed fermentation process and aged in white wine barrels for 24 months; and brewed in collaboration with the cracks of La Calavera.
A craft beer with intense wood and wine aromas, and with light fruity notes such as pineapple and apricot.
In the mouth we will find a beer with a strong acidity, with a very persistent acetic point. Gradually we will notice citrus and floral notes, hints of oak, spicy notes and vanilla.
A beer with a dry profile but with a long drink, very drinkable and refreshing.
