Beer description
A little old-fashioned Double IPA in which we had the honor of using HBC 1019 in Single Hop mode, a brand-new experimental hop variety developed by Yakima Chief, and made available to breweries for the very first time!
The beast develops beautiful notes of coconut, with a hint of tropical fruit (mango, papaya), yellow fruit (peach) and crème caramel.
In short, there's no better way to launch a career as a guinea pig!
