Beer description

Mummer’s Brew 2025 is a hearty Imperial Stout. Full of roasted malt characters (think chocolate, coffee, toasted bread). It is extremely warming. Food pairing suggestion: shellfish, roasted game meats, cheesecake. Cheese pairing: Stilton, Cashel blue, Morbier.

The nose is a dark roasty malt. The taste is dark roasted malt with notes of molasses, coffee, & chocolate ending in a sweet roasty aftertaste. It's pretty good.
