Beer description
This beer contains Highland Park 18 Old single malt whisky. Rich honey sweetness, hints of chocolate and cherries mixed with notes of exotic coffee and gentle spice, gives this stout a wonderful balance of avours. Complexed with a bit of spice and fresh acidity. The spectacular Cliffs of Yesnaby are located on the west side of Orkney's mainland, directly facing the Atlantic Ocean. Here, nature and the weather rule and where some of the highest wind speeds in the world have been recorded to be above 144 km/h. The strength of the wind and the surprisingly mild temperature, between 2°C - 16°C all year round, helps provide a slow and uniform maturation process for this award-winning whisky.
