Yonder - Boshi

We might focus on local ingredients and Yonder buy we are also inspired but international cuisine, processes and flavour. That's why, ever since trying umeboshi, we've been on a mission to make our own local, salted, pickled plums to flavour a beer. Boshi is a sour wild ale featuring those plums. Expect a hazy, full bodied, tart and salty beer with plum and stone fruit shining through.
