Yonder - Ophelia

Gorse flowers, known for their coconut aroma, are transformed by our house saison cultures in to something much more than the sum of it's parts. The base beer is full bodied, and gently sour, and those coconut flavours, alongside the english and european hops, have turned truly tropical, with comparisons made to pineapple juice.
