Beer description
This beer is not only our first porter but also our first beer with coconut. We wanted to make a somewhat more approachable porter that still has complexity and depth, while not destroying your palate. It features 8 different malts and almost 30 kg of local white clover honey. We then added coconut both in the mash and after fermentation. This beer isn't meant to blow you away like an imperial porter but rather offer a much more drinkable experience.
The label is a of commentary about how people tend to ignore nature, in favor of taking pictures of it. We have in our travels around the world met people who didn't seem to actually be there, they were just experiencing the world through their phone.
