Young Lion - Chocolate Stout

Genesee master brewer Dean Jones met with Young Lion’s head brewer Phil Platz to bring to life an amped-up version of Young Lion Stout! They increased the oat malt and replaced cocoa nibs with Majestic Dutch Cocoa powder and added chocolate truffle extract. This adds a stiff chocolate punch in both flavor and aroma.
