Beer description
We turned up the bitterness, turned up the hop doses for the aroma. There is maltiness without caramel. And we'll tell you frankly that despite the 18 g/l hops (whirlpool plus cold, bittering hops we don't count), it smells like the brewery is bottling the most hoppy Quad IPA. Simply put, the classics of Ekuanot, Chinook, Citra and Mosaic get the job done. We love this combination!
